Administration

Your contracts

MISSIONS-CADRES is involved in 3 steps in managing your contracts:

  • we sign a freelance administration agreement with you,
  • then, based on your requirements and the specificity of your assignment, we write the services contract which is signed by your customer company, MISSIONS-CADRES and you. Your name will be clearly stated on this contract, as well as on all other documents concerning you (quotes, invoices, etc.),
  • the work contract is signed after the services contract.

All that’s left for you to do is devote yourself entirely to your business. The customers that you contact are yours and you are their main contact. We take care of the rest.

Your resources

MISSIONS-CADRES manages your administration, your accounts, and all documents related to your status (excluding those concerning your sales prospecting):

  • quotes, assignment contracts, calls for tender, framework contracts,
  • invoicing in France and abroad,
  • business expenses, assignment costs,
  • recovery: statements, formal notice, litigations,
  • detailed account and breakdown of activities,
  • pay slips,
  • social administration: URSSAF declaration (French body responsible for collecting contributions for health cover, etc.), insurances, retirement fund, ASSEDIC (unemployment insurance) attestation, declaration of illness, accidents or maternity.
