Consultant Profile The profession of consultant groups together expert professionals who carry out the activity of consulting (advising). Your consulting assignment: practical reminder Before starting The following documents must be drawn up: registration, freelance administration agreement, services contract and work contract. The work contract This will be signed by you and MISSIONS-CADRES, in two copies, so you can work legally. The contract and the URSSAF declaration must be done 48 hours before your employment takes effect. The services contract This is a three-way contract signed by your customer, you and our management. The content of this contract depends on your information. It must be very precise concerning the following points:
Incident during the contract You must immediately inform your advisor of any incident so that he/she can take necessary action. After the assignment A document signed by the customer certifying that the services contract was correctly fulfilled (timesheet, report, etc.) will be produced.
