Practicalities of freelance administration The principle
The services contract This is a three-way contract between the customer, the service provider and MISSIONS-CADRES. It defines the type and duration of the assignment, the amount of the fees and all necessary conditions to carry out the assignment correctly. The freelance administration agreement This is signed between the service provider and MISSIONS-CADRES. It sets down, in advance, the mutual commitments of both parties and defines the framework of the service provider’s future activity. The work contract This is signed by the service provider and MISSIONS-CADRES. The service provider becomes an employee of MISSIONS-CADRES for the duration of the assignment. The contract depends on the activity. The pay slip The customer pays the sum due to MISSIONS-CADRES, which then pays the service provider, after deduction of administrative expenses and social costs.
