In 1997…a belief: freelance administration

In 1997, freelance administration was practically unheard of, but I was convinced it was a promising concept. By founding MISSIONS-CADRES, I took up the challenge to create a reliable and flexible working method, available to all service providers. The beginnings were somewhat lonely, in an 8-square metre office, and my 35-hour working week was already clocked up by Tuesday night... Nobody believed in the success of MISSIONS-CADRES, not even me to this extent, and look at it now!

Despite those early days of working round the clock, the workload and the stress soon gave way to the happiness of creating, managing and nurturing a fast-growing company.

Today, the success is apparent. MISSIONS-CADRES is a leader in its field; it has 10 permanent employees and a network of around 500 independent employees. MISSIONS-CADRES is continuing to develop.

Success is a team effort, and all the team shared my confidence.

MISSIONS-CADRES is the result of a joint conviction that professional skills serve a fundamental credo: respect for others. Expertise, a sense of commitment, rigour, transparency and the desire to be of service are also important.

MISSIONS-CADRES has a history of trust with the employees we back. Above all, MISSIONS-CADRES is an inheritance: of courage, of the sense of effort, of self-sacrifice for a better future, passed down by my father, who was a miner, and without whom I wouldn't be here.
