MISSIONS-CADRES was
created by Stéphane PALUSZAK in February 1997 and is what is
called a "société de portage salarial", i.e. a type of "Umbrella Company"
that enables people who do not have an "official" self-employed status to:
Work on a freelance basis
Create their own company
Work remotely from home
And be able to maintain the benefits (unemployment, retirement, etc.) of an
employee status.
MISSIONS-CADRES works in direct liaison with the national
unemployment office (A.N.P.E.), the employment bureau for management staff (A.P.E.C.),
various associations for unemployed professionals, a number of training organisations
as well as several universities.
Its clients are spread throughout
France and numerous other countries around the world:
Switzerland, Belgium, England, Scotland, Spain, The
Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Monaco, Austria, Luxemburg, Denmark,
Liechtenstein, the U.S.A., Canada, Japan, various African countries, Mauritius, the Seychelles, Sweden,
Australia, India, Dominican Republic, Cyprus
and many more.
Its freelancers form a dynamic and
interactive network throughout France.
MISSIONS-CADRES is member of the
National Federation of "Portage Salarial", the National Federation of
Umbrella Companies" for their particular field.
