MISSIONS-CADRES is run by a
former Director of Human Resources who is a member of the national
association for management staff (Association Nationale des Cadres du
Personnel). Hence extensive experience coupled with unquestionable expertise.
All freelancers are actively involved in their contracts for each mission, with
their names clearly mentioned.
An employment contract is signed at the same time as that for the
mission.
Salaries are paid before the 10th of each month.
Professional expenses can be charged on the sums due.
The freelancer can contribute to a special management retirement fund if he
wishes.
An insurance policy and education fund have been taken out for all freelancers
with the MEDERIC Group.
We adhere to the SYNTEC collective labour agreement.
A "service provider responsibility insurance" has been taken out with the AGF Group.
We have our own "accreditation number" which authorises
freelancers to work in the professional training field.
We also offer a
web site design service to create a virtual shop window for your
activity. The service includes hosting solutions, referencing and maintenance of
the site.
We offer
a translation and interpreting service for all major European
languages :
From French into English, German, Spanish, Italian etc.
And
vice-versa.
Our freelancers also benefit from 1 % housing loan scheme ("1 % Logement") for their
main residence for purchasing financing or carrying out improvements (brochure
on request).
